Le sue attività sono incentrate sul campo della gestione dell’energia e dei rifiuti. L‘EAV elabora audit energetici, certificazioni energetiche, studi, e anche analisi e perizie riguardanti i diversi edifici pubblici, non solo nella Regione di Vysočina, ma anche in tutta la Repubblica ceca. Ed é anche attiva nel campo dell'educazione ambientale.
