Many benefits can be reached with the implementation of the 50/50 concept at your school:

  • 50/50 empowers pupils to learn about energy and become energy smart.
  • The correct management of temperature and illumination at school helps the environment and regulates the temperature and illumination according to the needs of every activity.
  • If we reduce the energy use we also reduce the money we pay for it, so that schools can save money to invest it in other priorities.
  • Energy production usually causes CO2 emissions. If we save energy we can reduce this greenhouse gas and its impact on the climate.
